Snigdha Malhotra is an academician and researcher at FIIB’s Center for Responsible Management, focusing on HR analytics, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), and disability inclusion. She researches unconscious bias, technology-driven HR practices, and inclusive workplaces. A published scholar in top journals, she designs DEI programs, partners with organizations, and advances UNSDGs through research and training. Prof. Veronica Scuotto is an Associate Professor at UniNa, previously at UWS, Paris, and Turin. Holding a Ph.D. in marketing, she researches SMEs, entrepreneurship, and digital innovation. Her work is published in JPIM, JWB, JBR, and more. She is Managing Editor of Journal of Intellectual Capital and on editorial boards of JKM and Management Decision. An award-winning researcher, she has authored five books.
