Shah, an Environmental Microbiology Consultant in Gujarat, India, has over two decades of research experience. He earned his B.Sc. in Microbiology from Gujarat University in 1999 and a Ph.D. from Sardar Patel University in 2005. His work focuses on the link between pollution and microbial diversity in wastewater, contributing significantly to biological treatment, biodegradation, and bioremediation. With over 250 research papers and 150+ edited books published by Elsevier, Springer, Wiley, and others, he has made a global impact. Dr. Shah serves on the editorial boards of top journals, including CLEAN-Soil, Air, Water (Wiley), Current Pollution Reports (Springer), and Environmental Chemistry & Ecotoxicology (Elsevier).
