Dr Rakesh Kumar is a Nuclear Medicine physician working as Professor of Nuclear Medicine at All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi. Dr. Kumar after obtaining his postgraduation in Nuclear Medicine joined Assistant Professor in Nuclear Medicine at AIIMS in the year 1997 and rose to the level of Professor in 2011. He was further trained as specialist registrar in the Guy’s and St. Thomas’ NHS Hospital Trust, London, UK. He has authored and co-authored more than 50 scientific articles in reputed peer reviewed journals. He has won several awards for scientific research paper. His area of interest is hybrid molecular imaging in benign diseases, PET/CT and radionuclide therapy. Dr Gupta is a Nuclear Medicine physician and Radiologist, presently working as Professor in Department of Radiology, Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, USA. Dr Gupta has been trained initially in Nuclear Medicine in India and United Kingdom and then in Radiology in United Kingdomand USA. Dr Gupta is renowned internationally and contributed extensively to the field of radiology by his teaching and research. He is an extraordinary, committed educator in the field of radiology and Nuclear Medicine. Dr Gupta’s recent graduation in Masters in Law (Health) adds to his expertise in health-related laws.
