Lili Li received her B.S. degree in information and computing science and Ph.D. degree in control theory and control engineering from Northeastern University, China in 2004 and 2009 respectively. From 2009 to 2012, she was a Postdoctoral Scholar with the School of Control Science and Engineering, Dalian University of Technology, China. From 2009 to 2017, she was with the School of Mathematics, Liaoning Normal University, China, before joining Dalian Maritime University, where she is currently an Associate Professor in the College of Marine Electrical Engineering. Dr Li was the recipient of Liaoning BaiQianWan Talents Program and Dalian High-level Talents Innovation Program. She is a member of IEEE. Her current research interests include hybrid systems, security control, output regulation and marine vehicles.Jun Fu received his Ph.D. degree in mechanical engineering from Concordia University, Montreal, QC, Canada, in 2009. He was a Postdoctoral Fellow /Associate with the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Cambridge, MA, USA, from 2010 to 2014. He is currently a Full Professor with Northeastern University, Shenyang, China. He has authored /coauthored more than 100 publications, which appeared in journals, conference proceedings, and books. His current research interests include switched systems, robust control, and dynamic optimization. Dr. Fu received the 2018 Young Scientist Award in Science issued by the Ministry of Education of China (the first awardee in Chinese Control Community). He is currently an Associate Editor of the IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics, IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems, and IFAC Control Engineering Practice.
